set building wantlist (NEW!)

Over the past year I have shifted my collecting focus to completing sets. Here's a complete list of my unfinished projects as of August 2026:

Baseball

2010 Topps Update - need cards #US-7, 9, 27, 41, 46, 49, 59, 82, 85, 86, 89, 92, 93, 95, 100, 107, 108, 120, 128, 129, 143, 155, 162, 164, 165, 167, 173, 175, 184, 191, 196, 201, 209, 211, 212, 216, 217, 223, 233, 236, 242, 244, 246, 248, 250, 252, 254, 257, 258, 269, 271, 273, 278, 282, 283, 284, 296, 297, 298, 301, 304, 307, 310, 311, 314, 316, 317, 318, 319, 321, 322, 327

2022 Topps Update - #US154 Heliot Ramos

2025 Topps Archives - #5, 17, 21, 73, 89, 94, 139, 144, 200, 234, 251, 263

2025 Topps Heritage - 455/725 (62.8%)
*I have 24/100 SP's from #401-500. Trying to acquire more but TCDB traders hoard them like gold.

2026 Topps (series 1) - #70, 105, 117, 126, 127, 173, 180, 191, 201, 215, 223, 233, 251, 257, 262, 272, 279, 280, 290, 307, 321, 323, 333, 342

Football

10/27 (37% complete)

I've finished all the football card sets I plan to collect - though I'm tempted to start 1984 and/or 1985 Topps. I'm also running out of room in my Packers collection. But I'll make room for the Super Bowl team set from 2010-11 Topps if I can round up the rest. Or maybe I'll just buy a sealed set one day.

Basketball

1992-93 Upper Deck -- 322/513 (62.6% complete)

The last of the junk wax-era hoop sets I collected as a kid that has eluded me. I'm also considering a second set of 1992-93 Fleer Ultra Series 2, since I have two copies of the Series 1 set. And maybe 1990-91 Fleer Update, for no other reason than to complete the year of mainstream basketball sets.

Hockey

1995-96 Topps -- 262/385 (68.1%)
This is a set my wife started before we met. Would be fun to finish it 30 years later.

2013-14 Score -- #555, 557, 559, 560, 564, 568, 573, 577, 581, 587, 590, 594, 595, 596, 598, 599, 602, 604, 605, 606, 607, 611, 612, 613, 614, 616, 617, 619, 623, 624, 626, 627, 632, 633, 637, 638, 639, 640, 641, 643, 644, 646, 647, 648, 650

I'm tempted to finish some more base sets from my wife's collection. She had half of the 1996-97 SPx set (25/50 cards), more than half of the 1997-98 SPx set (31/50 cards) and almost half of the 1999-00 SPx set(excluding AU SPs). I guess she really liked SPx!

Thanks for reading!
